PyMCA follows the dual licensing model of Trolltech's Qt and Riverbank's PyQt. Basically that means you can use, modify and distribute the modified code under the terms of the GPL license. The GPL version of PyMCA cannot be used as a free plugin for a non GPL program. If, for whatever reason, this does not suit your needs, please contact the ESRF industrial unit.
